Having never made anything like this before in composite materials, Malk watched our Easy Composites tutorials on pattern and mould making.
He found these very helpful and they gave him the knowledge to tackle his own project to make a new air intake scoop for his race retired Morris Minor.
The images show the process of the build that Malk went through, showing the design stage, through to completion. There is also a photograph of the car in action on the track with the original scoop.
Malk said that as he has no access to CAD design so did it 'old school' by drawing the pattern out on paper!
